Poor customer service regarding auto policy information. I was forced to shop for other insurance after deleting 1 car and having my rate for a single car double. When I asked why, it was because I lost my "multi car" discount. So my 13 year old, liability only, car was going to cost me 100$ a month! I spoke with people at the office multiple times trying to get this resolved. No one seemed concerned over these issues until I asked for clarification.
