Initially my experiences with this firm were cordial and professional. That didn't last. After going through four rounds of how my initial premiums would be paid, both Kyle and his wife Tracy, who works with him , apparently were doing something else while I gave them explicit instructions. They failed to respond to my emails on this topic, nor were they answering their phone or returning messages. Their incompetence or laziness or greed cost me a substantial amount in bank fees.
