They charged and then refunded me so many times, it's hard to figure out what they charged me.Â
My experience with Kirk and his team has been awesome. He is the only agent that has offered to meet me in person when it's convenient for me and willing to meet at my house. To me that shows great appreciation for a clients time. He discussed my home and auto policy and went into detail about all coverages that would best fit the needs of my family.
