I was a car insurance customer since 2016. 2021 I purchased new car and I was asked the quote (how much will cost per month) and the price was too high when I was compared with other insurance companies at the same coverage. Our phone communication was not agreed to keep farmers insurance because more expensive than others. But this location Employee added my new car and billed to me. Now my bill transfer to credit collections. I keep all documents. Now I need to investigate our phone communication that we talked about.
