Incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Multiple calls and e-mails not responded to.Â
The person we were looking for was not there however the lady that was was extremely helpfulÂ
I'm a little bussed because Mr. Miyagishima, now the regional manager is a good friend.He has been for 35 plus years. Setting that aside, he and his organization are professional. Claims are paid proportionately to losses. And they get an A+ for diligence. If you need reliability, they are tops in the region.Â
