Avoid this place. Way overcharges for premiums and then when I told them I didn’t want to renew because they lied about the costs coming down on renewal, they sent some bogus charge for canceling them against my credit and sold it to a bill collector— when I was paid in full. Looking into legal remedies against them. They were charging 4 times the going rate— of course I wasn’t going to renew.
Kelly is just so friendly and she work very hard to make Farmers your in company. She made going with her and Farmers a no-brainer.
Kellye has supplied all my insurance needs for the past 20 + years. She's extremely knowledgeable and has always given me peace of mind! She works hard to make sure you get the right coverage for your needs and as many discounts as she can to save you money. I highly recommend Kellye and her staff!
