I was a long-time customer when a Wagner agent made a mistake with my auto policy that left one of my cars uninsured. Agent had apparently sent me an email with a question about my coverage options, but I didn't receive it. Agent never bothered to follow-up with me when she didn't get a response back to her email. When the problem was eventually discovered, Keith Wagner refused to accept any responsibility for the error.
