My previous agent left and I'm now with Karen. I asked her to review my policies. She made some sound recommendations that tightened up my auto coverage. I bent her ear in sharing who I am as her new customer. She was so gracious and friendly. I'm very pleased with Farmers insurance and even more so now that Karen is my agent.
Worked with Aaron to dle 2 autos, home, and an umbrella policy. From first contact he was super helpful and explained our coverages and why they’d be best for us. He was also able to save us a substantial amount on premiums from what we were currently paying. You can tell he values customer service and makes you a priority.
