As the house insurance renewal was coming due; in order for the policy premium to reflect a true assessment a copy of the roof replacement receipts were needed. However, my wife passed away a year ago and i wasn't able to locate the receipts. I called Brandy Young, a representative of your office explained my situation and she truly went beyond to help me.
