I regret transferring my policies to this location, the hours of operation are incorrect, no calls back and even when you send an email it takes up to 72 hours to no respond. I send a email to cancel my car insurance on a certain day and yet she still got the days wrong causing me a lapse of insurance . I had to pay over 100 dollars to get it reinstated so it can terminate one day later the date she terminated the policy. It is in writing per your request! Kara and her office assistant Erica have the highest honesty and integrity. They truly care about the Farmer's clients they serve and offer a whole range of related insurance services. If you are looking for a new insurnace company or agent(s) you will be pleased with their friendlness and professionalism.
This is the last place you should go for insurance I was with her for four years and it just kept getting worse for one she doesn’t know how to talk to people she tells you one thing and then doesn’t even do anything about you have to ask her to do something two or three times. I tried to be is nice as I could to her as if she was the customer what’s wrong with this picture. This lady is very unprofessional. She lies.
