I would have selected zero stars if that was an option. After being a loyal client of this agent for many years I had a pipe burst at my vacation home and flooded the entire building so I had to make a claim on the policy that Kacie sold me, this was when I first realized that she is either clueless about insurance that is sufficient to cover losses or is a crook that sells the policy that makes her the most money.
