Justin was an excellent agent at the beginning about 4 years ago. While his rates were higher than other companies, his service offered a good value. Unfortunately, the time has come for us to move to another insurance provider. With that came the cancellation request for the policies we were moving. Justin indicated the policies were cancelled, but no notices were sent and, after checking the website myself, I found that none of the policies show as cancelled. Justin Adams has an amazing team always ready to assist with any question we have had over the years. We had storm damage once and they quickly help us get our house back in shape.
