Bunch of Crooks. They renewed my boat policy without my approval, even after I had requested a new quote due to repowering and charged me $100 to cancel the policy I told them to not renew. Then when our house and auto policies came up for renewal they raised the rates over $2000. I found a much cheaper policy elsewhere, informed them multiple times we we're not renewing. They still renewed both policies and held our money for several days. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.
