I have been with Joe Rayburn at Farmers for many years. I rate his office 5 out of 5. Never had any problems. Joe is always helpful. Our house burned down a few years ago and farmers was quick to respond and gave us no trouble on our claim at all.Â
Joseph Rayburn and his staff are always ready to help, and no question is to big or too small. We have 3 generations that really appreciate them.Â
We have worked with Joe since we moved to Medford in 1995 and have always found him to be helpful, responsive, and proactive in suggesting ways to lower our premiums and/or get better coverage. There are probably cheaper options we could try, but I am willing to pay a professional for expert assistance when I need it.Â
