I’ve been with this agency now going on four years, and Rebecca has taken amazing care of me every single year. She’s always so patient, thoughtful, and truly committed to helping me find the best coverage for my needs at every renewal. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain my options and make recommendations that genuinely benefit me. I recently bought a new truck and Laura worked hard to find me the best price available for insurance on the added vehicle, and was very responsive to all of my questions. I have been with Farmers Insurance for at least 30 years, first with Lee Raney and then John LeBlanc when Lee retired. One of the the reasons I have stayed with Farmers so long is because of the excellent customer service I always receive whether making changes to a policy or filing a claim.
