I was referred to the John Leblanc (Farmers Insurance) agency by Progressive when I was looking to purchase home insurance. I spoke with one of his agents, Samantha, about my options including a car purchase I was about to make. She was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient every time I needed her input. Blaine at Leblanc agency at Farmers was an absolute Rock Star throughout the entire process of setting up my insurance needs. I highly recommend him and his agency. I am relocating from the Midwest to Texas after finding my retirement area and home insurance is a different animal in the Coastal area than the Midwest. William Pinter was my point of contact with this agency. I have to say Will was incredibly attentive, communicative, and available while going through the quote process. He quickly responded with a quote that unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of. The specifics of my home excluded me from the few options that were available. I sincerely hope this agency can contract with South and Western and I can switch my AOR to Will. These guys work hard for you and pronounce your name correctly!

I’ve been with this agency now going on four years, and Rebecca has taken amazing care of me every single year. She’s always so patient, thoughtful, and truly committed to helping me find the best coverage for my needs at every renewal. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain my options and make recommendations that genuinely benefit me.
