I would avoid doing any business with John Drakulich's brokerage at all costs and specifically his agent Derek. He was rude, dismissive and unknowledgeable. When speaking with him I was told "I'm just and agent, and I'm brand new at this". Additionally their insurance premiums are nearly 45% higher than most other insurance providers. At that price you'd expect better service.
When ever I have questions or need people added or removed from are policy. Jared does a great job of responding very quickly and getting all my answer fast.
Very responsive insurance agency. Always on top of our needs. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
