My boyfriend has been a long time client of this agency. However, we recently switched to a different insurance company. He gave advanced notice in writing to this agency in October 2025 of cancellation. However, it went ignored as payment was charged anyway in November. Instead of refunding electronically, they made us wait for a refund check. The check was sent to an address we have not had for 3 years. They stopped payment and reissued a check on December 9, 2025. I would avoid doing any business with John Drakulich's brokerage at all costs and specifically his agent Derek. He was rude, dismissive and unknowledgeable. When speaking with him I was told "I'm just and agent, and I'm brand new at this". Additionally their insurance premiums are nearly 45% higher than most other insurance providers. At that price you'd expect better service.
