I dealt with both Joel and Alma as my agent. I started with Joel then they automatically moved me to Alma. Every year my coverage was going up 400 or 500 dollars. This is my first property so I wasn't sure if that was normal. Every year, I asked them why my insurance was going up and they replied and said inflation and the value of my home.
