This is the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. They will never answer your calls or even call you back when you leave them a voicemail. They are the biggest headache I've ever had to deal with and most definitely will not recommend or be using them again myself.
I dealt with both Joel and Alma as my agent. I started with Joel then they automatically moved me to Alma. Every year my coverage was going up 400 or 500 dollars. This is my first property so I wasn't sure if that was normal. Every year, I asked them why my insurance was going up and they replied and said inflation and the value of my home. However, I told them I lived in Townhome and I was being over priced because I only had to pay for coverage of the inside of my house (studs in) , which I sent Alma documents but she refu... read more

I won’t be with this company next year. Our home insurance payment went up $500. Never got a call back explaining why!
