I was being pushed around by another insurance company when it was time to settle my claim....they wanted me to except an offer which was $4400 less then other estimates...I had to reach out to Jillian to ask for help to see what she could do for me..she said she called and left message....then 3 days later sent an email....after I followed up with my claim with other company they confirmed that they don't even have a message option when calling...so no message was ever left..There was never no phone contact between Jillian ... read more
