Although I have not been into the office to see Jerry or Natalie since I initially sought out vehicle insurance several years ago, I am confident that I could recognize their voice in public, as I've communicated with both of them by phone numerous times. They are always an excellent source of knowledge and are willing to soundboard with me; I'm illiterate with insurance, though I am an auditor and thus have many questions. They have always given me the necessary time to become comfortable with a situation.
Jerry is by far the best insurance agent we have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, patient, thorough and QUICK to respond whenever I've had a question. He even returned my call while he was on vacation when we had storm damage to our house! He guided us through the next steps, told us what to ask, really calmed our nerves and took the uncertainty out of a terrible situation. I would recommend him for all insurance needs!
Natalie is a wonderful agent! Many times she has noticed a gap of coverage or overlap and emails me to let me know how to have a more ‘balanced’ account. I appreciate the personal feel she adds and every new term she has a suggestion of how I can either save money or take advantage of something-somehow. She has always taken care of me and is there to answer all questions with a thorough explanation. She is a stand out agent, just call her and ask about your particular situation and I’m sure you’ll agree.
Let me say all of my negative interactions have been with Natalie. I personally had to block her from my phone as telling her she keeps calling the wrong number for my husband isn't good enough. If you have questions, she will not answer you with a straight answer. She expects you to give her time to do things but if she wants information expect 3 emails in a row if you have not responded right away. Jerry and his team do a wonderful job! Jerry's communication is excellent and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Jerry as an insurance agent to anyone who is looking for great coverages at a very affordable price. 10 stars!!!
