Easy to follow, full transparency and sound advice. I was unsure when I was transferred to Jennifer by Steve upon his retirement but the transition has been seamless.
Jennifer has always been understanding and helpful in resolving issues concerning insurance. She has a positive attitude and a pleasant demeanor. I very happy with her effort.
I can not say enough what a breath of fresh air it is to have someone who values customer service and stands by their conviction. My initial review was harsh as I had not heard back after leaving a message for a quote. I woke up this morning to a beautiful voice message apologizing and explaining the issue.
