My agent Jennifer is very responsive and helpful. She was pro-active in helping me work through some challenges dealing with claims dept at Farmers. Having worked with Farmers for many years with almost no claims I believe that the true test of a good insurance company is how they handle a claim. My agent helped that to be a good experience.

Jennifer is fantastic! I started with an auto policy 25 years ago and soon added home, family, health, my construction business, my property investment business, etc. because she gives me better advice, help and protection than anyone else I have ever dealt with - and for less cost. Was new in the area and needed an insurance agent. Jennifer Ross was incredibly helpful and personal. She handled all my insurance needs with the utmost in professionalism. I really enjoyed having a local agent help me with home, auto, motorcycle, health and business liability insurance. I got personalized service with high quality insurance products.
