Worst experience of my adult life. I had to "Bundle" my accounts to get a better price. They never notified any of my lenders that insurance has changed hands so I had ALL Auto, Motorcycle and Mortgage show as lapsed coverage and wanting to charge me for their own insurance for the loan. I changed to farmers in July canceled in late Sept and still dealing with issues in November. When I canceled, It did not seem to bother them or feel a need to try and fix the issue so it must be best practice for them. I am not sure if all ... read more
