Never met him. Had Farmers where i lived previously. Big office multiple employees. The agent whos name was on the sign knew all his clients. Also they are not friendly. Unprofessional. Geico, which seems like it would be less personable was much more friendly. Sadly farmers is supposed to be a step above in personal treatment.
Jeff champ is a proactive an extremely knowledgeable insurance agent. He promptly answers and returns all phone calls and he saved me time trouble inconvenience and most of all protects me where I need coverage. I highly recommend this agency and and I am very pleased Jeff champ Farmers Insurance Agency.
