Jeff, is the best insurance agent we’ve ever experienced. He goes way above and beyond with customer service. He’s even picked me up on a weekend after I experienced a car accident. Very responsive on urgent matters no matter the time of day. Highly recommend him.

Jeff has been been great walking us through our multiple policies and responding to all of our requests for information and clarification. He offered helpful extra information we wouldn't have known to ask about as we were creating our policy. His knowledge of the industry and Farmer's was especially helpful when we bought/sold/furloughed vehicles during the pandemic quarantine. We'd highly recommend.
