Not only did this agency drop me like a hot rock, they then had the audacity to offer me âan alternative policyâ with another insurer with one catch, the alternative policy that they were now recommending came with a $160,000 deductible! I donât know about you however if I had an extra $160,000 laying around, I wouldnât need this freaking insurance agency to begin with. Thanks for nothing Michael Coomer and Farmers Insurance, thanks for nothing.Â
