Jarod is the greatest, hands down!!!! My grandmother and I came to him with a problem we were experiencing with insurance and he wasted no time in getting us the help we needed right away. He's a take charge and get it done kinda guy and is always there when he's needed. First rate guy and A+ service. Highly recommend him.

Jarod explained everything really well and then followed up to make sure I still did not have any unanswered questions. High rates, poor service. Farmers Insurance used to be a top notch company but I consider them one of worst nowadays. They raised my auto premiums every 6 months for 3 years straight. Finally, I had enough. Called my agent to talk about price and they had no issue with my cancelling my policy. Kind of hurtful for how long I had been with them. Will be moving property policy to another company just as soon as I can. I have had 2 family members with the same issue. Apparently Farmers has given up on the Saks community.
