Extremely poor. I called to get a QUOTE on an amount it would cost for me to add my daughter onto my policy. It was an outrageous amount so I said I didn't want it. Next billing cycle that amount was added on to my policy. when I contacted Mr. Zachrich about the error he said that he accidently added her on and was unable to remove her. Now a year later I am fighting with collections about this very same thing.
