Do not waist your time getting insurance with this guy. A family member had auto insurance with him but due to age and eye sight had to stop driving. When I took over the vehicle he was instructed to cancel the auto policy because my policy is with Allstate. He did not cancel the policy and tied the account to me anyways WITHOUT PERMISSION. I have reported him to the Texas Department of Insurance, and the Office of Public Insurance Counsel, and the Better Business Bureau.
We have been with Farmers 20+ years. Our previous agent retired and found James as a new agent. He took us through our home and auto (4 cars) policies and saved us $1000s per year and better insurance coverage. Highly recommend if you want a policy review or looking for new insurance.
James has always helped me personally and answered all , of my many questions, with kindness and patience. Easy to work with and has worked hard on our behalf several times.
Jim is an excellent agent and provides customer /client service that is the most important part of our insurance needs. We have 2 homes, 3 vehicles, a travel trailer, and a motorcycle policy with his agency. He takes the time to explain policy with the client. We are seniors and needed an agent that we could shake his hand and actually meet with one on one. We found that with Jim Yarborough's agency and will stick with him for the customer service he provides. The Capehart's
