Over the 4 years I was with them they tried to raise their rates on me twice without proper notice. I am now cancelling my policy because the second time they raised my rates was during my renewal period and they buried the increase in an email. Once I saw the bill I called Jack Fishenfeld’s office and unfortunately received no answer. So i called Farmers directly and asked why there was an increase of $10 per vehicle per month (2 vehicles). Jack is a nice man and does what he can to get you what you are seeking, within a budget you can handle. He will be honest about the coverage, which feels like an up sell, but it is just he being honest about conveying, you get what you pay for.
