The worst Insurance Company I have dealt with by far, the agent is very RUDE and unprofessional. He is not compliant with what is being requested, in addition he will yell and hang up on people including to include my bank. When instructions are given to him verbatim he still does whatever he wants and gets than gets upset. I don't think he knows what he is doing, as an agent it shouldn't take hours to complete a modification on a policy. Would not want to deal with him ever again. "0 Stars- Extremely Poor Service."
