I haven't heard back from them yet, didn't think it was a week yet like this review said for me to tell you about it. So I usually get a call back within few days. They don't give discounts for defensive driving, or low mileage, or safety features on car. It seems to go up in price at least once a year. They will let me pay a day or two late during the freeze last year, cool.
