I love this insurance agency, Felipe is such a kind and knowledgeable agent! The current team in the office is so friendly and I feel really comfortable doing business with them and asking questions about my policies. I'm grateful that Felipe took the time to educate me more about insurance and the different ways I could save money with the discounts they offer. They insured someone else and charged me. Then they were rude to me when I wanted the insurance in my name lol. Unprofessional. Feels like they don't like us low income people. Felipe claims it was a mistake but seems purposely done. If you have low income can state sponsored liability watch out! Yikes.
