Has provided me with very poor customer service on a consistent basis. Not only does she not return calls or emails promptly, most of the time never returns them at all. Her brick and mortar location is rarely open. It's as if she doesn't really work for Farmers, it's that bad! I literally have only been able to get things done through customer service for months. Emily was very kind and helpful ..I definitely recommend this place! Got car insurance for two vehicles and got better rates here than anywhere else..
