We switched from another (very large) insurance company down in Nashville largely because of the customer service. Elizabeth, Morgan and their team have been wonderful to work with! They have been very responsive and willing to solve any issues we have! I had to call Elizabeth on a Sunday am and she actually answered and solved the issue immediately! Morgan stayed after 5pm on a Friday to help us with something. Needless to say, we are very pleased!
As a customer of Elizabeth's for 12+ years, I can credibly say that she and her team have always treated me well. I am constantly struck by her ability to be both professional and personable and have always enjoyed our encounters. She will never return your calls and you end up dealing with the receptionist. They will change policies without asking or informing you. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a lot of frustrations…..
not recommended at all , never answer a call or respond on email, caught this lady and all her helpers lying in several incedents
