This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever had with an insurance company. Three weeks ago (July 28th) I called Farmers Insurance “Elizabeth Hobbie Jones” in Gallatin, Tennessee, and asked for a quote on my homeowners insurance. I spoke to Mary Hannah Jones and she proceeded to give me a quote that I felt was fair. So I asked her to go ahead and write things up to get it finalized. I'm a long time Farmers customer and they have always took good care of me. Morgan and Madison at the Old Fort Parkway office are a great team! They both help me work through my Auto renewal process by getting me the lowest premium possible. I appreciate the time and effort Morgan did, getting several different quotes helping me stay within my budget. I will continue keeping my Home, Auto & Umbrella Policies with Farmers Insurance knowing they will always have my best interest covered.
I never leave reviews but immediately had to share this has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced during holding my policy with this agency and even worse when trying to cancel. I've never had a harder time cancelling a policy. After reaching out multiple times in multiple different ways, I finally got the main customer service line and still had to jump some hoops to cancel.
