As long as you are only expecting to pay premiums to a silent agent, everything goes great. If you come to a point where you need her to engage, expect no callbacks, no responses to messages, and no customer service. Farmers issues multiple checks for an uninsured motorist claim and then unexpectedly pulled one back from my account, without notice.
