This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever had with an insurance company. Three weeks ago (July 28th) I called Farmers Insurance “Elizabeth Hobbie Jones” in Gallatin, Tennessee, and asked for a quote on my homeowners insurance. I'm a long time Farmers customer and they have always took good care of me. Morgan and Madison at the Old Fort Parkway office are a great team! They both help me work through my Auto renewal process by getting me the lowest premium possible. I appreciate the time and effort Morgan did, getting several different quotes helping me stay within my budget.
