Zero stars! Elayna Coss is the worst so-called Farmers "agent". I had a policy for 5 years and never filed a claim. But her and her office cannot handle simple requests such as address changes, policy changes or, most recently, my policy cancellation. Any time actual work is involved they drop the ball. No one ever answers the office line. Then I actually spoke to her for the first time in 5 years and she was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and literally hung up on me. I originally became a client on June 5, 2014 and this was my review on Facebook at that time. Thoroughly recommend 30min from arrival to departure and got renters and car insurance that collectively is what I'm paying for just car insurance at AAA. Thank you Justine! ...
