Called to get quote for rv and would have been auto and home as well. Said would call back and never received a call back. Very disappointed.
I emailed on the 17th at 1:51 pm to give myself a paper trail for canceling my policy because of previous lack of call back or follow through. Devin did call me and I spoke with him personally about the reason I was cancelling my policy which was price and customer service. I advised Devin in my email on the 17th to cancel my policy effective the 25th, I emailed on the 30th at 8:30 am to get verification that it has been cancelled and I still have not gotten a reply.
