Where to begin, Jose the manager? or the point of contact is horrible to deal with. I have been trying to contact him thru email for days no response. When I finally have had it and want to cancel he responds. Now that I am in the process of cancelling my insurance he would like to add requirements? DO NOT DO BUINSESS WITH THIS LOCATION WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Been having issues with the policies and lack of discounts application for renewals for a couple years. Agent there do not follow through on your behalf when submitting a help desk ticket even after asking multiple times.
Always great customer service, they go the extra mile for their customers. We have all of our insurance needs with them!
