Do not use this agent. His office does not return communication within a timely manner. I've received communication that I need to sign documentation, yet documentation is not provided to complete. Then I receive a notice of cancellation, stating that I requested to cancel when I never made that request. I'd know more about my policy if I'd receive a returned phone call, however, that doesn't seem possible.
