Joke of a Insurance Agent. Mr Sewell is just another agent who careless one of his customers loses auto ins twice ! Farmer’s customer for over 20y , his employees Jake does not have the brains to contact me , ur auto ins has expired or is that what you wanted ! Now I have to deal with a costly claim and David Sewell response is good luck. AVOID this careless agent Insurance !

We have been using Farmers Insurance-David Sewell and staff for our commercial insurance on our small business for several years now. We have been completely satisfied, not one complaint. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Very prompt responses. (Laura and Jake-our favs)
I went there yo see a out final expense coverage. I read the sign that stated they were out to lunch, called the number o. The door and voice mail said the same, out to lunch. But then I saw a figure in the window, and someone close the blinds placing a sign with a clock in it and it read 1: 00. It was minutes to it. So I left. Some lady called me stating someone from that office would call me back and no one did. It's okay. State Farm was a couple of buildings down the same block and they serviced me.
Nancy Ayala was a great help! Super nice, knowledgeable, patient and always available when I had questions. Thank you Nancy for the excellent customer service you provided and for making this process very easy for me!
