Constantly avoiding phone calls always on extended leaves or Vacations or absences. Bills are skyrocketing and he's not there to take accountability.
I'm not happy with David at all. His phone lines have not worked in months, he always seems to be on vacation, if I'm going to be alone all the time Farmers should just go ahead and automate his job so we can all save money on our policies instead of paying people like him to dodge phone calls.
Highly recommend David Scott with Farmer's Insurance! We switched to his office from a different Farmer's Insurance agent, and David and Stephanie have been leaps and bounds better! His assistant, Stephanie, is so weonderful. She went through our whole policy ove the phone with me and found different ways we could save. Our yearly homeowner's insurance premium decreased drastically! 10/10 highly recommend!
David was so patient and understanding working and finding me an affordable coverage, especially having a new driver in the house. THANK YOU!
