How rude. I walked in yesterday to get a quote to insure a vehicle. The woman who spoke to me was immediately dismissive and kept insisting that they were very expensive and I wouldn’t be able to afford their coverage. Excuse me but that is 100% up to me as a prospective customer to decide. How incredibly rude. She does not know my financial situation and or my preferences for anything so how dare she decide how and where I would like to spend my money. Do not use their services unless you get “pre-approval” from this woman.... read more
