David and his staff are very friendly and helpful. His agency represents Farmers well and I trust them with my insurance. Staff is knowledgeable and there to help when you need it. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insurance for both personal and commercial insurance.
I was looking for insurance for my start up business in Robinson. Found out they were close to my office and went to get quotes. Doesn't care about clients. This group treats it's own clients as "at fault" when we are hit in a parking lot in a legal parking space with the other party also claiming fault. Most recently they denied an uninsured motorist claim from us getting reat-ended on the highway with a drive off. They did this by baiting us into agreeing on the phone with their leading question that maybe another car involved was at fault.
