Have had insurance with this agency for about two years and have been happy. In January my father passed away and I asked Daniel to remove him from the policy and stop the auto premiums taken from my father's bank account. Two months later I noticed that the policy was not changed and neither have the premiums. I spoke with Daniel again in March and was told that my dad will be taken off the policy and the two car policies will be combined, that will result in reduced rate.
