Wasn't available, didn't even answer their phone during an emergency. After 20 some years I expected more. Going to move my home insurance to a different company. Doubt it could be worse than their complete lack of service. My cell phone worked to call them, but they didn't have the courtesy to call me back, don't care if their office didn't have power, I needed their help but they apparently took the day off. Very unprofessional.
