Sacha is a wonderful, knowledgeable agent always with the client's best interest at heart. Our family trusts Sacha with all of our insurance needs both personal and commercial. She has helped us in a variety of areas and is always available when we reach out with a question or problem. Sacha and her staff at the office are professional and great to work with. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family or anyone looking for a trustworthy agent to work with.
They have cancelled my policy 3 times now without ever calling or mailing me a notification. They claim they emailed my wife but that never happened because we never got anything! Because of this my premiums went up and of course they couldn’t do anything about it. I kept going back because they have done a good job in the past but it seems like they don’t care anymore. My agent Chris Shafer is the Best! Whenever we need anything, Chris is extremely prompt, efficient and always goes above and beyond. It means a great deal to have an insurance company and agent watching out for you, in this world where it is difficult to get excellent customer service. After I read the previous low rating I tried to hold off on writing a review but let me tell you about this HORRIBLE experience I had with this hoodrat! Kimberly Graves is a complete cunt!!! A loud, aggressive, hostile, manly, stereotype. I called in for a quote about a month ago and this bitch had the nerve to berate me because I asked about her credentials.
