What a pleasure it was for us to find Courtney. We've been Farmers home and Auto insurance clients for several years, but have not been able to get the personal service we were looking for from our agent, who only used telephone and texting. Our request for a face to face meeting at renewal time was not their procedure, and turned down. We wanted to keep Farmers but find a more service oriented agent.
