I'm disappointed of this agent. We have been with Farmers insurance for near 10 years. Our previoagent was awesome, unfortunately when we move to a different part of town we thought that finding a new agen8near us was best. Well, last week we had a terrible accident, and we tried to call Mr. Dansby to get any advise about our situation, I left a message, we called multiple times and he never answered the pho e or called me back. We went to his office twice and nobody was there. I do not recommend this agent at all.
Clifford is wonderful! Walked me through setting up a home and auto bundle as we are first-time home buyers. Switching from Progressive will save us $160 per month on our car insurance!
