Awful insurance. They hardly never answer the phone and when they finally do, they are put out to do their job. Would not recommend.
Ask for Kassandra Marry, she is amazing and super helpful in a quick and efficient way. I had difficulties (in the past) working with Cindy Gochnauer (being massively overcharged, always getting the runaround and not really getting straight answers on anything), and I almost switched companies at that point, didn’t even care if I had to pay more, but the main office (or possibly headquarters) reached out and everything was fixed, saving about $50 a month.
