Chuck is the "I gotta guy for that" guy! Sometimes prices may not be the lowest but he is the service behind the policy that counts.. I left to try a cheaper alternative a while ago and had some of the worst service ever. It was so bad that when I emailed my adjuster for a open claim I had I found the email for the companies CEO and I tagged him into the email to try and get a response and still nothing.
